The National Academy of RUDSETI has distinguished faculty consisting of Director General (DG), Directors, and other Guest faculty. All the faculty members are practitioners in the respective field. DG and Directors are practical Bankers with more than three decades of experience in Banking and work experience as the Directors of RUDSET Institutes. The guest faculties are the experts in the field of Entrepreneurship Development and Human Resources Development.
Raju N Kori
Director General
Raju N Kori is a Post graduate in Agriculture from UAS Dharwad & joined Canara Bank in the year 1997 as Agriculture extension officer. He has worked in rural, Semi urban, urban, metro & Overseas branches.
He has also worked in priority credit wing, Head office Bangalore as senior manager. He has headed the VLB station road Hubli, SM Circle Shimoga & V V Puram Bangalore branch.
He has Experience in agriculture finance & general banking during the tenure as agriculture officer, he has formed & linked many self-help groups & formed VVV clubs. Conducted many extension activities.
Bank has deputed him for 15 months executive MBA program in IIM, New Delhi. He has worked in overseas branches Shanghai & Hong Kong.
Currently he is working as Director General in National Academy of RUDSETI since April 2024.
R BALASUBRAMANIAM
FACULTY
He is a career banker having experience of more than 40 years. He is associated with RUDSETI movement for more than a decade as an administrator and as a trainer having worked as Director of Canara Bank Kolar RSETI and as Secretary at Canara Bank Centenary Rural Development Trust overlooking and administering Canara Bank RSETIs all over India. On his superannuation in the year of 2021 from Canara Bank as Senior Manager, he joined NAR as Faculty. He as additional experience as trainer having worked as Director at Canara Bank Institute of Information Technology.
GUDIVADA SURYANARAYANA MURTHY
FACULTY
He joined NAR in 2023 after retiring from Canara Bank as Senior Manager. He has good academic background having completed Post Graduate in Commerce, MA (AIHC&C), MBA in Finance and Bachelor of General Law from Nagpur university. He has worked as Director of Canara Bank RUDSETI, Ongole for 3 years. He is an experienced trainer having acquired teaching skills at Staff Training College of Canara Bank. He is closely associated with many rural development activities and RUDSETI movement for over a decade.
