Dr. D Veerendra Heggade, President of NAR interacted with the participants at Dharmasthala on 1 November 2012.. During the interaction he informed the participants that hitherto they performed the role of a Banker where as now they act as change agents bringing smiles on the faces of disgusted and rejected unemployed youth .Such youth will not be having hopes in the life and definite Goal for their life. The task is not simple but not impossible also hence advised the participants to make full use of this 3-5 years assaignment bestowed on them by the God.

He felt that it’s a rare opportunity to the Bank Officers to do different work in the service of the country. He called up on the RSETI Directors to give courage, hope, support and encouragement to the unemployed youth and be innovative. He advised them to enjoy the profession.
